1. Application:
This versatile machine is primarily designed for stranding a variety of insulated wires. It can also twist copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting capabilities and is adept at creating steel armoring for power cables.
2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: This advanced machine adopts a fully gear back-twist mechanism, achieving a perfect 100% back-twist stranding.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages implement gear back-twist technology and feature a center main shaft made from seamless steel tube. Equipped with large bearings on both ends, an iron cast gearbox body, and gears refined through grinding treatment, the design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages. The transmission system and cage rotation speeds are optimized for high productivity, replacing chain connections with ground shaft and gearbox transmissions to ensure superior performance.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is determined, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and haul-off speed is fixed, ensuring the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout production. This guarantees precise synchronization of each cage and simplifies operation within the electrical control system.
